All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in EUR and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery
All products are made and prepared with care. Orders will be shipped approximately 2 weeks after the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Phercs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, images, and content on this site are the property of Phercs and may not be used, copied, or distributed without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
Phercs is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the competent courts of Turin (Torino), Italy.
